We are so pleased to debut Chef Alvin Cailan's Gourmand, a soft goods brand featuring hand drawn illustrations by the man himself. His whimsical drawings focus on the foods and touchstones that have always brought him comfort, printed in limited edition batches.
To celebrate his launch, we have also collaborated to create the ultimate non-slip kitchen shoe. A considered balance of aesthetic and function, the midtop features a water and oil-resistant synthetic nubuck upper, extra arch and heel support, and a non-slip sole. The minimal lacing and mid-height profile provide ankle support for those who desire it, while keeping the silhouette streamlined. This kitchen shoe has been tested by real chefs and real crews.
